Now based at the Chev'el stables in Toulouse, Antoine's entire system revolves around adding value to horses.
From 7 a.m., he joins his team at the stables. Participating in daily tasks, including meticulous stall maintenance, is an essential part of his routine. At around 8 a.m., he starts work with his first horse, and then follows up with 6 to 7 other climbs throughout the day.
During competition periods, its routine adapts to the demands of the calendar. He usually spends the first part of his mornings stretching and working on the flat, preparing himself mentally and physically before launching into the various events.
For Antoine, the ultimate dream of every top-level athlete is without question participation in the Olympic Games. However, he knows full well that the road to getting there is fraught with difficulties. challenges ahead. He acknowledges that there is still a long way to go before he can lay claim to such a milestone.
